Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Nova Rowan Inspection Services Partners and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
