Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge Beacon Markets Group is a Oklahoma City retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
