Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Oklahoma City, OK)

Summit Corner Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
