Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (New Orleans, LA)

Cedar Lantern Construction is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
