Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Nashville, TN)

Highbridge River Markets is a Nashville retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
