Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Nashville, TN)

Greenridge Lantern Medical Group is a Nashville company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
