Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Minneapolis, MN)

Highbridge Umber Health Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
