Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Minneapolis, MN)

Ironwood Drift Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 152 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
