Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Milwaukee, WI)

Greenridge Timber Property Management looks after rental homes across the Milwaukee area, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
