Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Milwaukee, WI)

Highbridge Juniper Energy is an energy provider in Milwaukee focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
