Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Milwaukee, WI)

Highbridge Rook Water Authority is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
