Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Miami, FL)

Northwind Glen Foods produces packaged foods at its Miami plant, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ingredient orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
