Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Yarrow Legal Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
