Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Silverline Meadow Manufacturing and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
