Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Memphis, TN)

Lumen Forge Freight is a Memphis logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proof of delivery. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
