Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Memphis, TN)

Lumen Forge Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Memphis, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
