Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Memphis, TN)

Rivermark Nest Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Memphis. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
