Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Memphis, TN)

Ironwood Amber Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Memphis plant, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
