Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Northwind Drift Civic Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
