Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Memphis, TN)

Northwind Stone Health Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
