Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Madison, WI)

Summit Beacon Staffing places workers with employers around Madison, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
