Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Madison, WI)

Foxglove Oak Hospitality is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
