Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Louisville, KY)

Bright Granite Manufacturing Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 742 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
