Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Louisville, KY)

Bluepeak Stone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Louisville, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
