Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Little Rock, AR)

Foxglove Ashton Inspection Services Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
