Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Little Rock, AR)

Harborlight Hollow Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Little Rock with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
