Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Little Rock, AR)

Summit Wilder Construction is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
