Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Las Vegas, NV)

Ironwood Willow Manufacturing is a Las Vegas manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
