Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Las Vegas, NV)

Ironwood Granite Property Management is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
