Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Hollow Freight and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tracking. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
