Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Kansas City, MO)

Summit Quill Arts Center is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
