Highbridge Orchard Telecom is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
