Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Logistics is an agricultural business based around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 404 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
