Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Clear Foods and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 757 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
