Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Kansas City, MO)

Foxglove Wren Foods produces packaged foods at its Kansas City plant, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 171 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
