Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Kansas City, MO)

Foxglove Pine Auto Group is a Kansas City company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
