Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Kansas City, MO)

Harborlight Rowan Banking Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
