Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Kansas City, MO)

Foxglove Amber Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Kansas City producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
