Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Bridge Telecom Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
