Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Kansas City, MO)

Rivermark Summit Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Kansas City, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
