Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Cross Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
