Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Kansas City, MO)

Stonegate Granite Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Kansas City, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
