Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Kansas City, MO)

Foxglove Juniper Facilities is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
