Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Kansas City, MO)

Stonegate Vista Manufacturing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
