Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Kansas City, MO)

Harborlight Forge Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
