Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Kansas City, MO)

Silverline Rowan Inspection Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
