Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Willow Pharma and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
