Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Keystone Care Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
