Amberfield Fern Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
