Greenridge Thistle Early Learning Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
